In partnership with the city of Hampton, TWU presents Spring League.
Spring league will be on grass fields on SUNDAYS at 2PM Hampton Soccer Park starting April 3 to May 22.

Soccer cleats are highly recommended. Normal USAU regulations (ie. 7v7 and regulation size fields).
There is a new disc design. Default shirt style this season is short sleeves. If you want to request color/sleeve length/additional shirts, please email us.
Please sign up as soon as possible to facilitate planning. Discounts are available if you currently have an ACTIVE 2022 USA Ultimate Membership, if you choose not to receive a disc and/or jersey, or if you are a first time female/non-binary player. USAU membership means that you have a USAU account AND have paid for a membership that has not expired yet, not just that you have a USAU number. You do not need one to play/sign up for league. First time player means that this your first time playing with Tidewater Ultimate.
If you are a no-show and/or do not communicate, we will redistribute your jersey and discs. No refunds will be offered without communicated extenuating circumstances.
Waivers are for the calendar year. If you participated in winter league, you do not have do them. You have 3 ways of completing your waivers. Waivers are mandatory and must be completed before you play. The USAU waivers are not available yet online. When they are, I will email them to you and post them here. YOU MUST FILL OUT FORMS PRIOR TO PLAYING.
You can fill these out several ways:
1. You can sign it digitally and send it to us (tidewaterultimate@gmail.com).
2. You can print it out, sign it, and give it to us.
3. If you have a USAU number (does not need to be active membership), you can log onto your account and sign it that way. Please send me a screenshot. It should look like this (keep your name, USAU#, and thumbnails of the waivers in the screenshot). In your email please include this info (see below):
