The league faces the moon and it’s dreadful tides. It was a muddy match-up of man (and woman) vs moon and mud. Plenty of sick layouts and human cones for the games that day.

Round 1:

Blue over Gold: It is now apparently a tradition to hide the details of one game. My current theory is that blue is trying to hide their stuff to limit scouting for the playoffs. Blue wins a low scoring game 6-2

Green over White: The battle of “loam, loam on the range.” Green takes as many 2 pointers as possible even if it required a mega dump. After falling behind early 4-1, green comes back to take the win 9-5. Shawna and Mary was the matchup to watch for this game. Shawna was laying out everywhere including the land, sea, and air. Mary played excellent D on her including a crucial D late in the game.

Round 2:

White over blue: The sea continues to rise requiring human cones in the underwater end zones. Jamie sets a point record with allegedly 20 turnovers on the last point. He still comes away with a W as blue wins 9-6. Ben Bradley was able to get a layout 2 pointer score from a dime from Scott in the memorable highlight of the game

Green over black:

This game also featured a ton of 2 pointer huck attempts from both sides. Sean, Jack, and lil Willy all had fantastic grabs in the windy conditions. Cara also was able to get a key water layout score as green takes the win 7-5.
